Our Story
Justin Yapp
His love for filmmaking is not news to anyone as he was born with a twinkle in his eye and a camera in his hands. By the age of eight, he began to play around with his father’s old VHS recorder to create home movies and help out on a couple of wedding shoots. His love for the digital arts continued through high school and college. In 2007, he graduated from Madison Media Institute with a degree in Video and Motion Graphics and a hunger for creative outputs.
Throughout the last decade, Justin Yapp has fed his creative hunger through many various avenues, including working at two TV stations, assisting with hundreds of independent projects, and founding five businesses. In 2009, he formed the company, Yappography, specializing in freelance video productions, digital media marketing, and video consulting services. He acknowledged that there was a need for his unique wisdom and expertise, as well as an opportunity for him to make a living telling stories and helping others to do the same.
The Network
As the old saying goes, “It is not what you know, it is who you know”, and that is our strongest asset here, because we don’t know everything, but we know everyone.
